See that ear? Its about 7-8" long. My friends hubs got a special elk tag, and it took two weeks to find this bull. He saved those hooves, cus one of them has hoof rot. He'll turn them in and get put in a drawing for a special tag again next year. They are trying to track hoof rot.

Ive been bowhunting for 51 years. I love to fish and hunt turkey and small game. We love wild game on our table.
Good to have another voice. Hasn't been a lot of activity here.

By the way I got 2 whitetail doe this past season. Edit to say I already said that.< I'm wishing I had a few more days off this week to take the boys squirrel and rabbit hunting.

My neighbors keep me and my dogs stocked with venison. He tosses the shoulders over the fence to the LGD's. They're beginning to figure out that he's actually NOT the monster next door.

If one of my pigs is kind of a PIA does that count as "wild" game? He seems to be fascinated with my coveralls and likes to give them a taste...dumb pig! I'll be tasting him eventually, lol!
