I canned!

Well my first bright idea into canning did not go as planned.... but this time it went great! I canned 6 pints & 10 quarts of homemade chicken stock! Im proud of myself LOL Ive never canned anything before

Yep but this > is what I feel like today cuz I was up til 1 am. I started at 6 last night, I didnt know it would take so long

It is definitely time consuming but it will go faster as time goes on and you get a feel for how to balance prep with processing time
