Ok, I ordered the catalog and found they have a store in a town not too far away.

I just started being SS in July when I joined this forum. I thought the only things I could grow were the seeds I found at the feed store and Walmart. Getting my catalogue shows me lots of awesome things I can actually grow! My garden will be so different this year and I will also have a herb garden.

...and so it begins........first one seed catalog, next season your on EVERY seed companies mailing list.... then comes the big garden changes.... then a herb garden.....and it's all downhill from there!





I know I am in trouble when, after the arrival of the seasons first couple of seed catalogs...................my wife says "I have been thinking...."
I might as well get out the tools right then and there, 'cause she wants SOMETHING built or moved, in or around the garden!

FD - I just ordered my Bakers Creek catalog yesterday, and saw the info. about the new store in Sebastapol. That looks so lovely; I've already told DH that we need to stop there the next time we drive south to my brothers. That building used to be an antique store I think. (So, how far away are you? We used to live in the south SF Bay Area, and I grew up on the Monterey Peninsula)

I am also wallowing in garden porn...can't put it down! I have abandoned my previous porn as being too expensive and too limited and am now on to the XXX rated selection of catalogs.....
