well it was a 4.5 hour round trip to get these littel guys but i have em
they are 75% to 100% english orpingtons
they are about a week old & eating/drinking well.
some of these will end up being black while others will be a blue/grey
english orpingtons also come in splash but those had already been sold out.
the english roosters are HUGE & look like a short legged turkey

i'll be selling any extra roos i have come this fall,
who wouldn't want a young roo that will become +/- 15lbs to watch over their flock??

I am a tad envious, I have always wanted Black Orpingtons. But haven't got em yet, they are on my chicken bucket list for sure.

so it now looks like i'll need 2 runs & 2 coops come breading time.

got to keep my buff orpington roos away from my new english stock so i don't end up with strange looking chicks.:D
