I have a bread machine too, but don't use it very often. I made homemade Jalepeno Cheese bread for the first time two days ago and shared it with dh's grandparents. He called yesterday and told me anytime I wanted to get rid of anymore just to call him. I made him another loaf and when he came to get it, he also took a dozen eggs. He told me, "I love shopping at this store."
My family says the same thing, homesteadmomma!
My family says the same thing, homesteadmomma!I use my bread machine on the dough cycle. Then separate the dough in half for two 1-pound loaves to bake in the oven. While the bread machine is going, I can start another two loaves in the KitchenAid mixer. This way I can make two different recipes at once if I want.
Want2BFarmer - That is some great looking bread! Keep us posted on how your baking goes. If you have a favorite flour or grain, sometimes you can substitute a small portion for the main flour called for in the recipe.
