I think I found my dream home *sigh*

I am currently doing my online shopping in the foreclosed homes, HUD, and used mobile homes section of South Carolina. When DH bought this property in 2010, he paid $17,000.00 cash for 1 acre, rural, 1 house, 1 store front building, 1 tin shed out back, 1 full woodshop/garage. And a whole lot of concrete! Driveway is a huge half circle. All of the outbuildings have concrete foundations. The building addition we use for the master bedroom, new construction in 2002. It has a poured foundation. We couldn't have paid for any of that concrete or new construction for 17K. Oh, 1 well and 2 septic tanks. The property is actually 3 legal properties on one parcel. The back was set up to place a mobile home. It is the second septic and power pole.

So, I am pretty sure I can find something similar, in a similar price range.
