I cleaned out my broth pot. I put 3/4 gallon broth/veggies in the fridge, plus 3 cups meat that fell off the bone.

The oldest bones were crumbling so I tossed them in the trash. Saved the newer bones in the fridge for the next pot of bone broth.

My bone broth pot ran for 18 days. šŸ˜

How long would you keep bone broth if

1) it stays hot 24/7
2) you add fresh bone once a week ish
3) 1/3 to 2/3 of the broth is removed daily and its refilled with water
4) veggies float and most are scooped out, new veggies added every few days
I would have to agree with Britesea. It would be good a long time.
