I got this from my sister who got it from a friend in Terre Haute.

Indiana Lobster

1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp dry ginger
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 oil
1 T brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice

Combine in saucepan and cook until just under a boil, stirring constantly.

Marinate 4 boneless chicken breasts for 1/2 day.

Grill outside. Serve with melted butter.

I have this recipe from my sister-in-law's sister. It is delicious! We use it on kebabs.

My sister had this at her friend's house last summer. She swears it tastes like lobster when you dip it in the melted butter.
