I think I am an ambivert, or a lazy extrovert.
I enjoy going to other people's houses. I don't like having people over, only because I don't liked doing all the work- making sure the place is clean, making sure I have beverages, preparing food, etc. Ugh. Too much pressure for me. Typically I would rather just go out to eat with friends, so that nobody has the burden of cooking and cleaning up. I am single and my child is grown, so I find myself going out more and more.

I love people. I love to figure people out. I love to watch people, not in a weirdo kind of way, but when I am around people I watch mannerisms, etc. You learn more about a person by what they DO than you ever will by what they say or what they are wearing etc. I get on my mom's nerves talking to people when we're out. She always asks "Do you know them?" Then I say...well I kinda do NOW
She HATES that!
My hubster, won't talk to anybody he hasn't seen at least 10 times. I guess he figures if they are coming around that often, they're gonna keep coming, which means they aren't avoidable
