is this a good price for wheat?

I found this site and am wondering if I should order from them or does someone know a better deal? also how to know what kind to get. Thanks

Not bad. About 1 $/lb... it's a good price for pre-packaged stuff. Flour here is 0.20 $/lb, for comparison.
