Every now and then I have a moment where I think something along the lines of:
I'm not old enough to -
a. be the Mom
b. own a house
c. deal with grown up problems

Then I snap back to reality, stop wanting my Mommy, and take care of business. But I'm pretty sure I can't be old enough for all this. How did I get old enough for all of this

Meeee toooo!!!
What really gets me is when I really look at my 11 year old. ELEVEN? How the heck did I get an 11 year old? And is that the beginnings of a mustache on my baby!?!

LOL, my son is 11 too - I know just what you mean. Geez, I'm going to have teenagers soon. I don't know how to be a Mom to a teenager. Most days I feel like I'm winging it

This dog - a 60 pound lab mix

just got her dinner taken over by 2 kittens I put out some chicken scraps for her and when I looked out to see if she was finished, the kittens were munching away
They are working out really well so far - saw them catch a mouse a couple days ago!

Dog is adorable, kittens are just too cute!!! And I ave a ten year old also to boot!!!

Hey I'm rhyming today!!!

In a few months I will be hitting the big 40!! I have no idea when that happened. Just last month we had out 10 year wedding anniv. I figured out I have been with my dh for 16 years. OMG!!! Who would have ever thought!!!

At least your house is clean!!!!

We made it home with the new additions
Perdita and Aurora. Not crazy about their manes, but they are very sweet girls. Aurora - the white one - walked in like she owned the place, and Perdita is shy and cautious but still very friendly. Perdita is Aurora's mother and they are very bonded - even raised each other's kids last spring. More photos to come.

Nibbles started out as "****ake" (like the mushroom), went to Mocha, then Nibbles, and not i'm calling her Fattie.
