OK, So I have been known to be a "lazy cook" My kids tell me that all the time...however, they never missed a meal! :p
You all might already know these 2 tips..but, I thought I might share with you.

1) Boil your potatos WHOLE. Yup, just give them a good scrubbin, pierce with a fork, and drop those taters in the water whole. When they are done, the peels come right off....and NO potato goes to waste. The odd little eyes pop right out too!

2) Boil that chicken before you fry! I have always been afraid of "raw" chicken. How many times have you started eating fried chicken and found it was not completely cooked? :sick I gently boil mine...then straight into the flour batter, and into the hot grease. It is already cooked inside, so all you are doing is crisping up the outter layer. I usually boil mine in some chicken stock, or add a boulion, for a little extra flavor. This saves fry time...and assures no red meat!
Well, thats about all I have.... Maybe I helped one or two...maybe I am the only one to do this...I dont know, but just thought I would share!
