I canned 4 pints of pickled okra today and I think I may have enough of the vinegar mixture for 3 more pints.

Can I store that mixture in the fridge for a few days, reheat it and use it when I have more okra?

As long as the okra did not already sit in the pickling mixture. If it did, then you have diluted it as the salt in the pickle draws moisture out of the okra. Okra doesn't have much liquid though, so you're probably okay.

No, the okra is not in the mixture. I packed the jars first then poured the mixture over it. This is just what was left over after filling the jars with the mixture.

Thanks, BTW
