This was really interesting. I liked the concept. It also had a nice viual of how kombucha scoby grows.

My brother was making kombucha in a huge barrel with the thought in mind to sell it but when that didn't work out, he ended up with a huge scoby. He's been cutting it into thin strips and weaving these cool leather-like bracelets out of them. Very nice.
