I saw something called Soap Nuts in the Lehman's Catalogue. They peaked my interest. Not sure if they would bother you. Might be worth a look.

Soapwort looks really interesting. We'll have to try growing that. :)

We washed a load in vinegar today, since we didn't have anything else. Will have to see how that works out long term.
