log in problems

Any one else having trouble logging in today?

I have signed in 4 times today. Each time, I put my id and password, hit enter and get the message
Logged in successfully. Redirecting.

Then at the forum home page, it says
not logged in

When I log in the second time, and get the message
Logged in successfully. Redirecting.
I am really logged in.....

This happens to me once in a while, especially if I bounce from forum to forum. You may need to delete your internet cookies, or just the ones for this forum (if you know how to do that).

I'm having this same problem.

I logged out of this computer, tried logging in on a different computer, and I'm getting the same problems as above.

I already deleted my cookies.

Any suggestions please?

You may need to reboot. Give that a shot and see if it works.

Here is the troubleshooting process for everything login related. Try each step individually until your problem is solved:

1) Log off, close browser re-open, try to re-login.
2) Reboot computer
3) Leave the site (go to www.Google.com or another non-BYC site), Delete internet cookies (you could try to just delete the BYC family of sites' cookies or just delete all of them) and close your browser. Open your browser, navigate to the forum and login.
4) Try a different browser
5) Try a different computer on a different internet provider.
6) Reset your password or email support to do it.

99.928% of the time one of those will work. If not, then there is something wrong with your account (which is very very very very rare). Honestly, 97% of the time deleting cookies fixes login problems.

I can't log into any of my other accounts either.

I'll have DH look at it. I can't figure it out.

I was having trouble signing in to chat today! I could log in here fine and BYC but I could not log into TEG or chat. Finally after restarting it seemed to work.
