I'm going to walk to the PO in a little bit with your package.

It has;
Kombucha SCOBY and starter tea
Kefir grains (and a little kefir to keep it company during the journey)
And a whole wheat sourdough starter.

PLEASE let me know when you get it!
I just got the sourdough starter for Sally, and I've whipped up a big batch from it and I'm pretty confident that it will work for you, however, please let me know if it's a total failure and I can send you some more later.

-I've also included some instructions on the Kombucha and Kefir and some good links, and well as some bars of soap..

So hopefully it will arrive safely!

I'm looking forward to the kombucha but I'm nervous about the kefir....never had it before.

The first time he saw me drinking kombucha from the store he sniffed it and turned his nose up at it....

Everybody in my family thinks I'm nuts too....it's okay....I can handle that....I've always been a little "off" to them....although if they could see my brother's halloween costume he wore to work they would definitely think I am the normal one

Working on the tea, it's cooling now so I can add the SCOBY later tonight....did the kefir already.....took a shower and used the soap but the sourdough will have to wait till friday when I have time to tend to it.

What is the recipe you use for the sourdough?

I must add, tomorrow when you exchange the milk for the kefir, it probably won't be as thick as it should be (but still good!), as it will take a little time to get settled into it's new home, but it should in 2-3 days.

I'm completely new to sourdough but had enough and thought you might like some, so I figured what the hey. Hopefully you have better luck with it than I do!
