Okay....for those who are interested I am posting a link for a pic of my younger brother's Halloween costume. It is a little "Lady Gaga" in my opinion but he looks fabulous. He has better legs than I do and he definitely walks better in a pair of heels than me.

This is what he wore to his office for the costume contest....subtle, he is not.

:ep wow! what a costume - if you hadn't said it was your brother I would have assumed it was a woman.

cool croc--reminds me of that show Swamp People hubby watches lol

tinkerbell is adorable. Nicole wanted that but couldn't find her size...she was a Flairy instead

they all look so cute in the outfits! :)

Your brothers costume is a HOOT!

Also I wanted to say it is my opinion that the KIDS should be pulling US around in a wagon. :ep

Then they might want to go to bed at a reasonable time, use up some of that extra energy that they have so abundantly and WE could sit back and take a break for once! :lau

My BF rode on the wagon with a glass of wine!

I walked the whole thing but I'm hoping my butt will look more like my brothers!!!

He also has life sized zombies all over his house that he made. Pretty cool actually. He had a different costume for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I haven't gotten the pics from the rest of the weekend's festivities. I can't wait to see what he came up with though. Never a dull moment when he's around!

Gotta go to the doctor today so hubby is meeting me at the office and wants the kids to dress up again so he can take them by Nanny's to see her. Then we are going to BF's house for dinner. I'm nervous about the doctor appt cause it is with the OB and last time she was more than unwilling to run any tests to check my hormone levels out. If she has the same attitude again I'm leaving and finding another doctor.

I hate confrontation and the last time I just broke down in tears cause I was so miserable and she told me to see a shrink and up my depression meds.

I hate that my libido is just nonexistent....I'm 35 years old. Its been this way for years but I always made excuses for it....endometriosis, then pregnancy, then breastfeeding, then pregnancy, then breastfeeding, then depression, then hormones maybe, now I've been off the pill for 5 months and still no change. I know my testosterone levels are low and that is something she doesn't know. I had my family physician test them 5 months ago but they need to be tested again since I've been off the pill.

I'm nervous. :(

:hugs

if its any consolation, CJ is awfully low on testosterone too! (Of course, in his case he's been this way since birth and alot of people mistake him for a butch lesbian  )

I love your brother's outfit! That is crazy, how on earth did he come up with that? Talk about creative!

Your kids are adorable :)

Good luck at the Dr.....be tough. You are fighting for yourself here, let me know how it goes.....I am in the same boat. :/

Well....this has been a real fun day.

I went to the doctor and she agreed to test my thyroid and hormone levels (even though she doesn't think that it will tell us anything and told me not to get my hopes up cause she thought it would all come back normal anyway) and during my breast exam she found a cyst, or mass or lump or whatever the hell they call it nowadays. So tomorrow I have to go to the Virginia Breast Center and get an ultrasound done.

Of course my husband has already freaked out and called his mom and I guess she is still in town cause she called me and asked if I wanted her to go with me or stay at the house and keep the kids. I told her to come keep the kids.

I am just in a funk. I went to Target and just wandered up and down the aisles for a while. Didn't buy anything but just walked. I'm getting ready to start on the mountain of new patient information paperwork for tomorrow.

Aw man Lori! I'm so sorry today has been a bummer for you. :( Hopfully the cyst is just a fiborous cyst (I've had them and they go away). Good luck. :hugs

Awww Lori hang in there. :hugs Lots of people are cyst prone. My sil just went through this. They told her no more caffeine. I guess the caffeine caused and/ or made the cyst bigger. They have almost completely shrunk away in the past couple months.

The testing will be good either way. Yo can see how your levels are. Then when they figure out what you need you can help all of us. :D

Funks are just a phase. They come and go. If I was closer I would have3 loved to wander Target with you.
