Lost my kits......

One of my does had babies yesterday and has lost them all

I think its my fault though........I didnt put a guard on the nest this happened with the same rabbit in the summer. And she is a good mommy she has raised them in blizzard conditions sucessfully............

Guard on your nest? I'd be interested in seeing a pic of your nest boxes, BB. Sorry about your kits but it happens to everyone now and again. Do you have any kits you can share with your doe so she can raise a kit or two?

My boxes are built of plywood and are just enclosed square holes, basically. No she was the first one to give birth. She usually raises them up fine, she lost them in the summer but it was ungodly hot like 95 out all day. They were sweaty and they just died. But she has raised them in blizzard conditions as well and kept her first litter.
