Mahaw Jelly

anyone know anything about mahaw jelly? Where to get Mahaws, how to make it.....anything basically. I'm wanting to get it for wholesale use at our stand but am realizing it is more difficult to find than first thought.....thanks!

Try googling "mayhaw" (there's a Y in it) for lotsa info. Its related to hawthorns, Crataegus spp.
