Making Crackers

I am hungry for crackers. Does anyone have a favorite homemade cracker recipe? I used to make them years ago, but don't remember what I did. Anyone?

November Living magazine has an interesting cracker recipe that uses pie crust. Again, I haven't tried it.

Thanks! Unfortunately, none of those things are on hand right now. I just went with a classic saltine, topping each of four trays with a difference spice blend. The first batch comes out about now.

OOOH I wish I wish I wish I had a saltine that was gluten free. I can find them no where.
