The La Nina pattern is showing an average to warmer month.... and possible more of a drought out in the plains states.... We ought to be okay here... but there is going to be more problems out west I am afraid...

2nd day of Autumn for me which means nothing as Summer usually extends through to the end of April early May with dry hot weather.

snow forecast for last night didn't pan out but eight inches forecast for Friday afternoon and evening, then ok through the weekend until Sunday night.

at least it isn't ice and freezing rain this time. most people finally have their power on again. two ice-storms back to back makes for some busy power line workers.
