Meatball Grill Basket~really smokes your balls

For anyone with a sweet tooth (you know who you are )

Meatball Cookies (Sadly, you can't smoke these balls.)

Ingredients:
2 c. crushed graham crackers

1 lb. dates, chopped
3 c. chopped nuts
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. Eagle Brand milk



Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Roll
in ground nuts or colored coconut.

Eh, leave out the marshmallows and then we can call them nut balls.

I bet you could. It used to be I could only find it in high end grocery stores, but now it has become more common. Worth looking for or doing yourself. I love it!

BBH, you totally take the cake.

reminds me of an incident just the other day. we were having Meatball Day - thats right, that hallowed day when we mix up a a huge pile of meat and such, cook 'em up, then freeze 'em.

sometimes a huge pile of meat and all these cats are a bad combination so i was yelling for The Big Man to step away from that computer and get over here and help me.. so he reluctantly slothed over and started NON-helping.. you know, if he did a bad job i'd just tell him to go.. but there was no way b/c of all the swarming cats so he was doing a bad job and i was mad so i told him to "stop manhandling your meatballs"

and then there was a lot of laughing.
