Here I occasionally see chicken feet in the meat racks -- marked "chicken paws"! Really??!! Maybe there's a new breed with 4 legs

I shop HMart a lot. All sorts or parts of all animals are available there. Chicken feet are an everyday thing. I almost got a half tuna head the other day. With how it was cut there was a lot of meat there. High quality sushi grade stuff. The whole fish was portioned out in one ice bin. The collars were gone and I prefer those.

Winco has chicken feet sometimes. I know they make good stock, but I just dont see the point of eating the collagen and tendons off them. Tried some once but just couldn't understand it. Same with pork feet.
