I don't know...tequila with an organic lime and celtic sea salt......

Vitamin C...trace minerals....it's low carb....

Even though my drinking days are over, I do remember tekillya straight up with beer chaser-to heck with the salt & lime. Now that sure got the stomach acids churning :gig

There is actual studied evidence that shows a positive mood stabilization effect with fish oil- the latest I read was done with 90 or so adolescents at risk for psychosis or mood disorder. The fish oil group had 2 progress vs 23 in the placebo group.

There is also postitve evidence for fish oil and benefits on heart health and cholesterol.

(get the enteric coated kind and you won't have fish burps.)
