My daughter is super active and does not always eat to support her healthy life-style. I'd like to get her on some vitamins to help her with energy and make sure she's getting the nutrients she needs. I'd love to hear from you folks what you would suggest. She needs iron, so that would be a consideration.
I think it's generally best to get your vitamins and nutrients from food sources, but as a second-best option, I'm hoping there's a really good natural vitamin out there. Thanks for your suggestions!
