Thanks! I made it about three years ago and have used it ever since. I promised a long time ago to photograph it, but.....never remembered when making cheese as I am ALWAYS in a hurry it seems on cheese days!

That is a great idea!!!!! I've been trying to figure out what to do for myself also. I have an old sieve with the metal stand and might just set a weight on top. Thanks for the inspiration!
