Just so ya know--that's one fat pony. I realize my dd's face is sorta turned to the camera, but you could alter it a bit.

Awesome work on the quilt, Morel. I think it is very stylish to simplify and not have a face. You know, come to think of it, a face tends to make the art piece very specific (people's eyes tend to gravitate to faces for recognition purposes), whereas it tends to be a rule that with art you want to let people fill in the details mentally, because then it becomes more personal to them. (ie. they would imagine it being their own child) I hope some of that makes sense. Ha ha!

There are some great photos here, I'm sure you will have lots of good ideas to work with. :)
