Need Mod/admin help

Can someone help me? I am registered with BYC, yet hadn't been there in a while. I can not for the life of me remember my password (should be the same as here) but my email changed so I can not get help from BYC of it will go to an inactive email account.

Is there anything that I can do to keep my user name or do I have to start over?
