My only problem with squirrel is deciding if it's big enough to bother with. I have seen some big and chunky grey squirrels before that would be big enough. No squirrel problems here so it doesn't come up as a menu option.

Meh. It is. I found it gamier. Would eat it if I was hungry enough. Lots of work for a little meat.

Welcome to SS! Glad you came over here and joined the fun! My Grandapa used to hunt squirrel. My Grandmother would fry up a heaping platter of squirrel. I helped him clean them and dug in when Grandmother cooked them. Yummy!
