Just thought I'd introduce myself here. I'm addicted to BYC and followed a thread to this site. Looks like a lot of good info. We have a small 50 acre farm and have 31 chickens, 23 donkeys, 4 Scottish Highland cattle and are currently trying our hand at organic gardening. I'm going to learn to can some of our produce this year and I think this site looks quite helpful!:)

Welcome!!! It's good to have new people join in--it keeps things fresh.

We'd love to hear about farming your 50 acres.

Thanks for the welcome! :) I breed, show and some pull carts. They are basically great pets, they love humans! You can see the farm pics at www.laststrawfarm.net
The mammoths are for coyote control.
