new use for old mower

I have found that most lawnmowers, that can be "had for the taking", only need a $3 diaphram replaced....and that takes, practically no time at all to repair......but it sure won't crank with a "busted" one.

I actually have been wanting a chipper for some time but haven't wanted to pay the price tag...
