OAT BRAN Recipe

I came across this recipe I really like for oat bran, thought I would share. I have always used oat bran in muffins, never in cereal. Anyway this what I have been enjoying on our cold mornings.

Oat bran banana breakfast

* 1/2 banana, chopped
* 1/3 cup oat bran
* 1 dash salt
* 3/4 cup water
* 1 teaspoon sugar (or honey)

Directions
Combine chopped banana, oat bran, salt, water and sugar (use more or less sugar to taste) in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. If using honey, stir it in after cooking. If desired, serve with milk
