nifty told me it is probably my sent items but I don't know how to delete sent items lol I asked him to tell me how

oh just click on the 'sent" in the left nav... then use the delete multiple messages option

also messages as now defaulted as "save to sent" but you can opt out under the message box

clear as mud?
