I found a recipe in the Ball Canning Book for "Sunshine Rhubarb Juice". It is rhubarb cooked in a crockpot with orange slices, lemon and sugar - I think. I haven't made it for a couple of years but will be making it this year! It is supposed to be a concentrate and I add it to plain sparkling water or a lemon-lime soda because i don't like rhubarb much. My mom drinks it straight from the jar, lol.

I wonder if the Cobbler recipe would work with Tart Cherries? they are definitely not as tart as cranberries or rhubarb so I would need to cut back the sugar some...

The original recipe called for 2 cups of rhubarb. We didn't have any, but had gobs of frozen cranberries. Since they're both tart, we figured the cranberries would be good. And they were. So, use 2 cups of which ever one you want.
