I wonder if the Cobbler recipe would work with Tart Cherries? they are definitely not as tart as cranberries or rhubarb so I would need to cut back the sugar some...

Use 2 cups chopped rhubarb or cranberries.

Is that 2 cups each instead of "or"?

Love me some rhubarb & strawberry pie or cobbler. rhubarb and cranberries sounds so good.

The original recipe called for 2 cups of rhubarb. We didn't have any, but had gobs of frozen cranberries. Since they're both tart, we figured the cranberries would be good. And they were. So, use 2 cups of which ever one you want.
