I could never move that far cause my family is close and I don't want that separation ever. Move to Alaska, sounds great but not for me..LOL

Not Alaska - but I know of an 80 acre farm that just lowered the sale price again!

Just so you know, I won't pay $100+K for a house/farm etc. I'd rather buy a fixer upper for less than $100+k and know that I can make the payments.

No where near reasonable. That is why it is still on the market!

There are tons of farms up here for sale. It seems that most I've heard about are on the market because the folks were working in the city and now have no job so can't make payments. I found that the couple that owned the farm down the road had to move to southern OH to take care of aging parents.
