well now, that's messed up.. I keep getting this error:

You can also save the fat and skin in the freezer until you have enough to render. Then you'll have great fat to use in pie crusts for chicken pot pies, etc or to fry in.
Plus all kinds of crispies to eat. I do this when no one else is home so I don't have to share.
