officially tilapia are "tropical" they do best at 25-30 degrees C but an withstand as low s 8 degrees C for short periods)

the trout may be the best choice though, stick to local fish that do well in your climate

I completely agree with that. First thing the atmosphere must be compatible with the fishes and need to taken care of that deeply. As teh local area vendor would be much more suitable for such kind of a system as per the atmospheric conditions.
