sold the 42 inch flatscreen.

Payed off one debt off with silver. got .50 on the dollar too in my favor. :)

This some stuff I have been dumping.

Next week we'll hit the attic and kitchen. :)

This is a personal chose to make. I have staired at most of this stuff and said to myself. WHY DO I HAVE THIS ?? Because I'm attached to my STUFF. I'm only 35 and in 7 yrs I will be debt free completely. The house is almost half payed off. :) By the time my little one is out of HIgh School . That is my goal. :)

Well we have just done the same thing, and are now debt free WITH money in the bank...and hoping to add more when we sell the boat. This month we sold a sofa set, a four wheeler, odds and ends furniture, a truck, a hot tub...and there is still more to get rid of.
So yes you CAN be debt free, if you are willing to live a little more simply to accomplish the goal.

We're in the process of throwing out/donating/selling off loads of stuff that's just accumulated as well. Not that we'll get much debt paid off with it, just a matter of clearing the clutter! It literally filled up an entire 8x10 shed of just stuff we didn't even know was there anymore and at one point we thought we better save it for later...
