Over-Tub Clothes Drying Rack

I couldn't bring myself to pay $10 for a wooden dowel clothes drying rack. Yesterday, I had a brilliant idea - I had a lot of left-over PVC pipes and fittings. I put a few pieces together to make this rack. It's great because I can pop it apart in a second and store the pieces in a bag.

Awesome! I have some of that stuff, and need a good rack for the living room, to put in front of the woodstove this winter. Gives me some ideas. My old rack, loved it, is really falling apart. Can't find a good one that doesn't cost a fortune. I hate those little flimsy dowel ones. I load 'em up and they tip over if the cat looks at it.

Oh Thank you for posting that. I'm gonna have DH make one for our daughter as part of her christmas present. She's been asking for a clothes rack all year. This is wonderful!
