So I got around to reading it, as promised. What I would like to know more about is the supplements she talks about: the GABA enzyme and the one she took before tryptophan. Anyone know about these?

I don't know a whole lot about them, but I need to find out for sure, as the herbal stuff I was taking, caused vaginal bleeding
