how do you freeze your peas? Rather than the blanch, and stuff in a baggie. I have a bunch...and want to freeze in a different manner.

Also how about drying? I want to start drying food, so we can save electricity, or have room in the freezer for moose meat!!

My Grandmother always used to can her peas. I have never done them as my family is not real fond of peas. I would bet that you could easily dry or dehydrate them.
