I'm confused. Is this a hybrid? Don't think me dumb, but do you mean a silkie bred with a partridge?

The color is partridge. I've taken a few of them to show when I can make it.

Thanks. Half of it with the chickens is cheating. It's easy to get silkies to pose and stand still. Some of mine are very cooperative and will patiently stand there for minutes on end. I pay them in treats. If I'm trying for really good pictures and using the dslr camera, I have it set on sports mode so I can take lots of pictures quickly if the birds are moving.

I am really just joking here but DH handed me the mail today. I am totally serious. He handed it to me from a bucket he used to bring in vegetables or eggs and hay was mixed in.
