They wouldn't tolerate the matching hat. I haven't had a silkie that really liked hats at all. I've seen people get their uncrested breeds to keep them on long enough for a picture.

Only Ashes would let me clip any hat to his head and he wasnt happy about it. He was very tolerant of my posing him.

It would be easy to make it keto. The cake is mostly egg white and the filling is whipped cream. Substitute powdered erithritol for powdered sugar and use your preferred flour substitute. There's only 1/2 cup of flour, so it's very forgiving with non-gluten flour. @FarmerJamie
