I had a picture turn out very well from the bunch I was taking of the birds a couple days ago that I thought I'd share for picture of the week. I was snapping a bunch of them trying to get my blue silkie cockerel in mid bite. Didn't succeed but did get a cute one and one with him having a grass seed in his beak.

~~~A Shout-Out For Themed SS Photos for POW~~~

Really want to get the POW back to weekly picture changes (instead of the monthly that I've been doing) and thought it would be a neat idea to have some seasonally themed pix to use.

Would love to see pix revolving around Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter and anything SS that deals with those seasons...holidays included.

It seems like it's the same people submitting POW pix and I'd really love to see our newer members adding their pictures, too. I'll be going through this thread over the next few days and seeing if anyones pix have been overlooked and get them back into rotation.

Never submitted any pictures for POW, but....

Not all themed but it's an excuse to post some pictures anyway.

A canna growing at the side of our back porch;

A baby pot-belly pig about a week old;
