Pie making list for this weekend for Monday sale: strawberry/rhubarb (if I can still find rhubarb), Blackberry, Blueberry, possibly Tripleberry, elderberry, apple, and of course, Pumpkin!

And I'm hoping to get some cookies and fry pies made as well!

and hope they do just as well at Carrollton as they did at Rogers!

I haven't checked our elderberries yet, but I'm hoping their ready. E said they are usually ready about the same time as our blackberries. This will be my first time to make elderberry pies, so i'm not sure how good they'll be.

Hope to get enough berries picked to make jam, too.

I was just going to submit my baked goods into the auction, and let 'em sell for whatever, but it would be more productive to set up and sell at the auction house.

If you seriously want a blackberry or elderberry pie, let me know! I'll hold one back for you!

I probably have a better chance of meeting up at Rogers on a Friday. Getting down towards Carroll County is hard to do at the beginning of the week due to work responsibilities.

I was just thinking the same thing...it is wayyy to hot to be baking! My husband would kill me...we don't have air conditioning. (except a small unit in our bedroom that i hate when he usues)
I did pick up the ingredients yesterday for a no bake cherry cheesecake though...
