Experimenting with gluten free crusts right now.
I made this one tonight.

1/2 cup cornstarch ( gmo free is best ;) )
1/2 cup brown rice flour
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt

Gently blend batter together, and pour into a 9 inch ungreased cast iron pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Take out of oven and add ingredients of choice, then place back in oven to finish.

These are the toppings I did tonight.
Pizza sauce. Two hand fulls of fresh Basil*, coarsely chopped. 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives chopped.
Mozzeralla Cheese.

* I have huge pots of basil ready for the outdoors as soon as its warm enough, and I am pinching tops to encourage bushing. Hence the ingredient of choice :D

Just be aware its more like a very firm oven pancake in texture. I'm ok with that, as the flavor was wonderful.
