I admit I may DVR it so I can fast-forward to the "good bits". :hide

Don't ask me why I find it interesting, I couldn't tell ya! ;)

yeah, --me? I really could give a flying flip about the whole royal anything. I realy don't watch much TV, but you hear a bit ont he radio, and as Pat says, all the election crap is on too. So, the radio is off, the TV stays off until later this evening. I'm sure its a big deal for some, but def. not me.
No TV or newspaper in our house. Only news we read or see is what we choose online. Best move we ever made 3 years ago!
I would like to see it, just because.

No tv here. May catch it on internet later. TR and I were talking about how we did watch Di & Charles wedding... It certainly seems Catherine is more prepared to join the firm.

Kel was doing a project in an extended learning class about the British Monarchy that year. She had postage stamps and Royal Wedding paper dolls as part of her display. :D She still had everything until the house fire in 2009 destroyed everything.

BTW at Barnes and Noble the other day I saw a book, KNIT YOUR OWN ROYAL WEDDING which had all the patterns for each member of the wedding party. In the back of the book was a cardboard balcony from the castle, so you could have the dolls "wave to the crowd". Even had a pattern for the Corgyn.

If they hadn't mentioned it on the radio the other day, I wouldn't even know that the wedding IS this Friday. So, I'm sure y'all know how interested I am. :/

I'm with ksalvagno, I'm taking the day off from work to try to get caught up outside, if the weather will cooperate.

Wifezilla - my understanding that the couple has been shackin' up for years now. I think they're making it legal for the gifts? :P

Wait--the wedding is on Friday? See, I didn't even know that. I just knew it was coming up :D. Can I come into the cave too?

I think that's true. Also heard they're foregoing all the servants that the Royals usually have so they can continue to live like "normal" people. (I say, what's the point of marrying a Prince if you can't have servants??) ;)

Plenty of room in the cave. What cha bringing? We are set for chocolate :D
