Russian Teacakes

1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar (plus more for rolling)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup finely chopped nuts

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla. Blend flour and salt, stir in. Mix in nuts, chill. Heat oven to 400. Roll into 1" balls. Put on ungrreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again.

OMG, no! :lol: I do make dozens of dozens of cookies at Christmas, but not 900 of the same kind!
